Pathshala / Sutra Classes / Jain Study Group
Pathshala meets every third Sunday of the month from 10.30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with students participating from age group of 5 years and above. Pathshala runs on three main beliefs:
  • "PARASPAROPAGRAHO JIVANAM"-----LIVING BEINGS RENDER SERVICES TO ONE ANOTHER.
  • "AHINSA"-----NON-VIOLENCE IN THOUGHT, WORDS, AND ACTION IS THE HIGHEST RELIGION.
  • "AACHARAN"------JAINISM IS NOT JUST A RELIGION BUT A WAY OF LIFE.

The students of Pathshala are taught Jainism based on these virtues. The students learn Jain practices with stutis, examples, stories and principles. There are home-works, mid terms, finals, Mahavir Jayanti program, discourses from scholars for students, games etc. to enhance and enjoy Jainism.

Sutra Class meets every first Sunday of the month from 10.30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with students participating from age group of 5 years to 10 years old. Additionally, there is 1:1 personalized session (15-20 minutes) once every week over phone/Internet.

Secret of Sutra Class meets every second Sunday of the month from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with students participating from age group of 10 years and above.

Jain Study Group meets every third Sunday of the month starting from 10.30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This class is for 18 years and older. The aim of this interactive session is to learn the essence of Jain darshan (Jain-sense as opposed to Non sense) and explore ways in which it can enrich our daily lives.
